The Silverton school district is facing yet another round of budget cuts for operations next year, with Superintendent Kim White saying the district must trim $130,000 in spending, requiring the equivalent of three full-time positions to be cut.
The school district’s operational budget for 2010-11 showed net revenue at $1,094,299. That is expected to drop to $962,292 for the 2011-12 school year. That’s a decrease of $131,937, or 12 percent.
