Long-time Silverton resident Gina Rosato, who happens to be former advertising director and business office manager for the Silverton Standard, has opened a new shop featuring many of her own designs.
Route 550 Gifts is on Greene Street next door to Citizens State Bank. It offers T-shirts, metal signs, custom stickers, “drink wear” and other products.
“I’ve got 20 or 25 different designs — all about Silverton,” Rosato said.
And more products are on the way.
She said her best-selling shirts so far feature a Blair Street theme and “the Million Dollar Highway shirts sell well.”
“I’ll try to be open year-round,” Rosato said. And more merchandise is on the way.
Rosato said she will also continue to do custom design work for those interested.
