Workforce housing project roads, sewer, water to be installed.
San Juan County Commissioners last week signed a contract with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs that sets the stage for water, sewer and road work at the proposed Anvil Mountain workforce housing subdivision.
County Administrator Willy Tookey said “we still have a shot” at starting work this year on the project.
DOLA is providing a $400,000 grant for the infrastructure project.
