Snowmobile races
to run on March 3-4
The Silverton Snowmobile Club will be hosting a snowmobile snocross race and drag race again this year at Molas Lake Park, on March 3 and 4.
Snowmobile Club president Jim Lokey said the races will be sanctioned by the Colorado XMR circuit.
Lokey said this year’s event will include oval-track racing that is likely to boost attendance.
“It should be a fairly decent turnout,” Lokey said. “It will be the grand finale” for the XMR circuit.
