Motorists drive around a rock slide area on Red Mountain Pass on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 11.
The highway is now open 24 hours a day. It was closed for three weeks after a massive rockslide in January. The one-lane traffic, controlled by a temporary traffic light, is expected to last at least through the rest of winter.
