MARSHFIELD, Mass. -

Joey Kramer is looking for a buyer to “Walk This Way” with $5 million for a house.

The Aerosmith drummer has put his Marshfield Hills home on the market for $4.99 million.

“Walk This Way” was one of the rock band’s early hits.

The 17-acre property on Summer Street hit the market this week. It stretches down to the North River and has a stone lion at the front gate, a spectacular pool and ocean views.

The two-level home has about 6,000 square feet of space. The music studio and guest house are part of the package.

Kramer and his wife, April, bought the property in 1993.

Joey Kramer no longer lives there. He and a woman who describes herself as his girlfriend are regulars at a Weymouth health club.

Kramer’s exit comes two years after bandmate Brad Whitford sold his Summer Street home for $3 million.

At $5 million, Kramer’s property is a bargain in high-end South Shore real estate. The Cary Point estate on Atlantic Avenue in Cohasset – 5.8 acres with two private beaches – is on the market for $16.9 million.
