It was a snowy Saturday afternoon on February 10th this winter when a Silverton local, Rick Noble, got a gut feeling to head up to the Hillside Cemetery after his “dump day” ritual. Wednesdays and Saturdays here in Silverton have a “festive” feeling of “Oh, it’s dump day!” which for so many means mingling with your neighbors or finding treasures that are left on the side of the dumpster and too…
