County speed limit cut to 20

Mark Esper/Silverton Standard The San Juan County commissioners voted 2-1 to lower the speed limit of this paved section of County Road 2 from 35 mph to 20 mph.
The speed limit on San Juan County roads will be lowered to a maximum of just 20 miles per hour, following a 2-1 vote by the county commissioners on Wednesday, April 22.
