The second annual Freakin’ Beacon Fest hosted by Silverton Medical Rescue was a great learning opportunity and a freakin’ good time! Each team began the contest by traveling up the ski slope at Kendall Mountain Ski Area to be informed that an avalanche (pretend) had occurred.
