History is repeating itself as we look back to the original opening of the Kendall Mt. Ski Area slated for Jan. 4, 1964.
It was not until Tuesday, Jan.
21, 1964 when 18” of snow fell that the ski area was able to have all 4 runs on Kendall open for skiing. Tow tickets were $2 for adults and $1 for students.
