Spring is here (ish). Though it did snow on Saturday, June 17, we can say spring has finally come to the San Juans, maybe even summer. What are the tell-tale signs? Lots of cuteness! Most mountain animals have their babies in the spring or early summer. When baby moose are born, they weigh around thirty pounds, while twins will weigh even less, perhaps only fourteen pounds.
